PRIVATE PARK - NO TRESPASSING: ACCESS TO THE HOA PARK IS FOR THE EXCLUSIVE USE OF HOA MEMBERS AND REGISTERED TENANTS IN GOOD STANDING. PARK GUEST MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN AUTHORIZED MEMBER AT ALL TIMES. VIOLATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO FINES AND LOST OF PARK PRIVILEGES.
 
USE PARK AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Park Security detail AND Security Committee Member  will monitor and enforce park access , for safety, Littering, Dogs, NUISANCES Pier and Beach VIOLATIONS. Anyone out of compliance or uncooperative may be asked to leave the area. Be prepared to show proof of I.D.   
  1.   Everyone entering the park is subject to the  check in rules; both walk in and drive in:  
    •   Verify identification against HOA member list and log in sheet.
    •   Guest must always be accompanied by a responsible registered HOA member .
    •   Park Access Key is not to be lent or borrowed. Doing so is a violation of HOA rules.
    • Available parking for trailers are limited to 12 spaces on the SW side of park: Only 1 parking space per household, including golf carts. Vehicle must have a current parking pass displayed on the dash or review mirror.  Vehicle with no pass displayed are subject to towing at owners’ expense.
  2. No large private parties on the pier or the beach areas. No fires ,Barbecues, or Fire Work at park.
  3. Authorized members with trailered boat but no pass may launch the boat but must park their car and trailer at their home. They may Re-enter to pick up the boat at the ramp.
  4. Ramp is for member use only. No more than two boats may be launched from one household.  Be respectful to those waiting to use the ramp. Ramp is limited for boats  Maximum 24-inch draft.
  5.  Pier is strictly for launching and retrieving your boat. Do not leave your boat tied to the pier for more than 15 minutes.
  6.    No overnight parking. No overnight anchoring.  
  7.    LEAVE THE DOCK area and RETURN to dock at idle speed and WATCHOUT FOR MANATEES.
  8.   Jet Ski may not be tied to the pier or mangroves. No Jet Ski is allowed on the beach or inside the roped area. Do not tie to the rope.
    •  Jet Ski must remain outside the buoy rope and operated 300 ft from the shore.
    •  Jet Ski must leave and enter pier area at idle speed.
    •  No swimmers allowed in the water near the pier during boat launch.
    •   Dangerous – Slippery Ramp. No walking on the ramp to enter water. Must use ladder.   Use caution when trailering  the boat from the water on slippery ramp.
  9.    Dogs must be registered and are subject to HOA pet rules. No Dogs allowed in the park during peak holiday hours or crowded  weekend. No more than three dogs allowed at one time for a maximum of  1.5 hours. Dogs must be on a leach, under control. Owner must pick up their dogs waste. Poop Bags  provided at baggie station.  Strictly No aggressive dogs allowed in common area.
  10.  Do not cut bait in the piers seating area. Use cutting table. washdown after cleaning fish and cutting  table. Properly dispose of fishing line and hooks. Do not throw any debris  in the water.
 DO NOT LITTER. USE GARBAGE CANS BUT DO NOT THROW CHUM OR BAIT IN THE GARBAGE CANS. DISPOSE OF IT AT YOUR HOME. WE DO NOT HAVE CITY GARBAGE PICK UP AT THE PARK.

TRESPASSING  WILL BE PROSECUTED TO THE FULL EXTENT OF THE LAW
